After working for several years in major companies such as Groupe SEB and Bioderma, primarily in marketing roles as a product manager, Eglantine decided to pivot her career toward training and facilitation. She joined MySezame, a socially committed company that equips, raises awareness, and trains executives and managers on topics related to impactful business (including circular economy, inclusive business, responsible finance, tech for good, and innovative organizational models) and how to leverage CSR as a true innovation driver.
Today, Eglantine works as an independent trainer, consultant, and facilitator specializing in collective intelligence, soft skills, authentic leadership, and talent development. She draws upon tools from positive psychology, nonviolent communication (CNV), and coaching. Additionally, she supports entrepreneurs in integrating social and/or environmental impact into their project endeavors.
